**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Customer Experience. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute customer retention and satisfaction strategies aligned with the company's overall goals
- Work closely with senior leaders to ensure customer care is deeply integrated into everything we do
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate and align retention strategies with product, marketing, sales, and customer care initiatives
- Use data to track key metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the customer experience
- Champion the customer's voice at the executive level, ensuring their feedback shapes business decisions
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
- Experience in the education or early childhood development industry is advantageous
- Strong track record of achieving measurable outcomes in customer engagement, retention, and growth, backed by quantifiable results
