Director of Customer Experience

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer success organisation and drive the adoption of our Outcome Management Platform among leading enterprises worldwide.
As our new Director CX, you will be responsible for managing all customer success activities, from onboarding and training to end-user support and account management. Your goal will be to expand our high-performance customer success organisation by hiring exceptional talent and developing a culture of customer success across the company.
You will work closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams to align on key metrics and objectives, and drive revenue expansion through increasing renewal rates, reducing churn, and supporting cross- and up-sell opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing customer success strategies to drive adoption and retention
- Leading a high-performing customer success team to achieve ambitious goals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Measuring and reporting on customer success metrics to inform business decisions
We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of leading and scaling customer success organisations in high-growth software companies. If you have a deep understanding of SaaS/subscription software business models and a passion for driving revenue and growth, we want to hear from you.
