We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team at Bolder Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including monthly/quarterly reports and annual accounts.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with auditors to ensure smooth and accurate client account audits, providing expert knowledge and guidance as needed.
- Financial Operations: Manage and maintain robust financial administrations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger processes.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and present accurate and timely tax returns and presentations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Transaction Management: Accurately post all business transactions in the general ledger and sub-ledger, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients, accountants, banks, auditors, lawyers, and investment managers to ensure seamless financial operations and provide expert guidance as needed.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide expert recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business economics.
- International Experience: At least 3 years of invaluable international working experience.
- Real Estate Accounting: Knowledge/experience in Real Estate accounting is highly appreciated.
- GAAP/IFRS Expertise: Strong understanding and application of Spanish GAAP/IFRS.
- Software Skills: Familiarity with A3 software is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of English and Spanish, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively in a global context.
- Pressure Handling: Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate flexibility.
