About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our AWS EMEA Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lead management processes to support growth marketing programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with EMEA Lead Management Specialists to develop and roll out best practices across lead management.
  • Lead the development of performance marketing related lead management to ensure a direct and real-time connection between AWS customers and business development reps.
  • Transform customer insights into projects, features, and processes.
  • Work with the global lead management team to define and improve lead scoring across all customer segments.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to marketing managers and help them define the customer engagement model via digital and human touch.
  • Collaborate and develop weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews pertinent to lead management and present findings and recommendations to the marketing and sales leadership teams.
  • Identify drivers of business problems and trends at their root, while also stepping back to understand the broader context.
  • Act as a single point of contact and subject matter expert on lead management processes.
  • Partner with EMEA Lead Management Specialists and Business Intelligence/Data Science to develop lead conversion and marketing pipeline (resulting from lead generation) forecasts and goals/KPIs.
Requirements
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce).
  • Experience using data visualization tools.
  • Experience with SQL, programming, and Excel VBA.
  • Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (i.e. Marketo).
