Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a critical partner in our business, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, including managing company and client events, coordinating projects, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Management
    • Organize and manage company and client events, including off-site meetings, executive meetings, afterworks, and end year parties.
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage budget, order supplies, handle travel bookings, and liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and the building manager.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate and manage projects such as office upgrades, facilities improvements, and events, implementing new ideas to enhance the office environment.
  • Client and Visitor Services
    • Greet clients and visitors professionally, handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, and assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Global Collaboration
    • Collaborate with international teams to identify and implement innovative global improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional working experience, preferably in office management, event management, or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (hard criteria), with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with a problem-solving mindset under time pressure. Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and hands-on approach.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Outlook and Office programs.
