Customer Experience Researcher

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Researcher to join our team at Qlik. As a key member of our Customer Experience Management team, you will play a crucial role in understanding user needs and managing customer journeys to drive successful and loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and follow-up research activities to evaluate complex workflows and user experiences.
- Design and implement usability studies, surveys, and other research methods to gather actionable insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Design, R&D, and Product Management, to ensure research findings inform product development.
- Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including designers, technologists, project managers, and executives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research and usability analysis.
- 2-5 years of experience in user research and usability analysis.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, User Research, or related field.
- Proven track record of executing usability studies and gathering actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present research findings and recommendations.
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including remote testing, metrics-based testing, and survey evaluation.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and communicate with colleagues across different time zones.
