Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and deliver the people strategy in Spain and Portugal.
  • Develop and implement talent management and staff development strategies to proactively manage the retention and development of key talent.
  • Advises and influences business leaders to ensure the cluster is appropriately designed to achieve its strategic and operational business objectives.
  • Ensure core HR processes are leveraged for behavior change with employees and influences the central HR COEs by providing perspectives and needs of the business group.
Requirements
  • Thought leadership and strategic partnership skills.
  • Talent management and staff development expertise.
  • Organization diagnosis, intervention design, and change management skills.
  • Core HR process stewardship.

This role is a member of the cluster lead team and will be responsible for delivering HR essential wins, ensuring essential goals are met, local HR programs are implemented, and relevant processes are followed.
