About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Womentech Network. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue from Big6 agencies and independent ones
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at top agencies
  • Organize regular meetings and agency roadshows to identify new business opportunities
  • Effectively manage relationships with agencies to strengthen partnerships and drive revenue growth
  • Work closely with account strategists to optimize accounts and improve performance for clients
  • Proactively identify and suggest new processes to enhance our service and encourage feedback from customers

Requirements

  • BA/BS university degree
  • Polish speaker
  • Proven relevant sales experience with a track record of sales achievement
  • Experience working in or with agencies
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital advertising, advertising technology market, and agency landscape
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with past management reporting experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Autonomous and self-motivated
  • Client-centric approach and focus on long-term relationship building
