About the Role

The Business Operations Associate serves as a true brand ambassador, consistently reflecting the values of Charlotte Tilbury. You are passionate about achieving and exceeding targets, driving exceptional team performance through maximum motivation. You place customer experience at the heart of your leadership style, frequently thinking of new ways to engage and satisfy customers. You work collaboratively with your Business Manager to support seamless daily operations at the counter. You not only dare to dream it but also dare to do it.

  • Drive financial results in-store to meet and exceed objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Support the business manager in determining individual and team sales targets, communicating with retail artists to agree on sales goals and achieve them.
  • Analyze all available business information and proactively suggest improvement opportunities.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit; be a specialist among retail makeup brands and show genuine enthusiasm, commitment, and interest in the company's performance.
  • Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and create a complete customer experience.
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are met in both service and makeup artistry.
  • Seize every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience; driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities.
  • Implement individual and team development plans, conducting regular reviews to encourage coaching and constructive feedback exchange.
  • Create a positive and cooperative team culture in-store through meetings and a collaborative management style; recognizing and celebrating performance when necessary.
  • Lead by example with impeccable personal grooming, inspiring your team to always reflect their makeup style; elegant, sophisticated, and glamorous.
