Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
  • Conduct preparation, analysis, and oversight of clients' comprehensive financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, provisions, prepayments, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset management.
  • Generate reports, perform analytical accounting, and create cash flow forecasts, along with any supplementary information requested by clients.
  • Compile and prepare essential documentation for the timely fulfillment of clients' recurring obligations.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and statutory records.
  • Contribute to the automation, standardization, and enhancement of internal financial processes.
  • Provide support in various functional areas as defined by departmental needs, based on individual expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, or economics.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial operations.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience or knowledge in procurement will be considered an advantage.
