**Overview**

We are in search of a Financial Operations Associate. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health and accuracy of our organization. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and have a strong affinity for numerical data.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage accurate allocation of expenses in accordance with designated cost centers, fostering financial clarity and responsibility within the company.
  • Oversee the timely execution of period-end closing tasks, which includes reconciling invoices, confirming payment terms, and ensuring all requisite documentation is properly completed.
  • Support payment processes, assist during audits, and collaborate with vendors and suppliers to guarantee that payments are handled with precision and efficiency.
  • Offer assistance to both internal and external stakeholders regarding invoice inquiries and payment issues, ensuring all paperwork is thorough and accurate prior to processing.

**Qualifications**

**Essential Skills**

  • Minimum of 2 years in a comparable position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of German or French is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with General Accounting Principles and regulatory standards (PGC).
  • Experience with SAP is beneficial.
