Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to inform business decisions
  • Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to drive business performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and expansion
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless financial operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on financial operations and compliance
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and success through financial planning and analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards, including IFRS and GAAP
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
