We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Autoliv Inc. as a Finance Controller/Accountant.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Operations Management: Oversee and manage the financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial plans and forecasts to support company strategy and operations.
- Variance Analysis and Reporting: Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance in all financial transactions and reporting.
- Budgeting and Cost Management: Develop and monitor budgets, and manage costs effectively to maximize profitability.
- Internal and External Audits: Coordinate internal and external audits, and implement recommendations for improvement.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Lead the implementation of financial systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Financial Risk Management: Manage financial risks through effective assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Financial Regulations and Standards: Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Financial Software and ERP Systems: Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Finance or Accounting: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: English - B2 level
