We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Engineer to join our team at Autoliv Inc. As a Logistics Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities- Logistics Process Optimization: Develop and implement logistics processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Supply Chain Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination, driving business results.
- Technology Deployment: Deploy technology solutions to improve logistical efficiencies and performance, leveraging data analytics and process automation.
- Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships to maintain cost-effective purchasing and logistic services, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in logistics operations, maintaining a high level of quality and safety.
- Storage and Distribution Strategies: Design and implement storage and distribution strategies to support production and customer needs, optimizing inventory management and logistics operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives within logistics to advance best practices, driving business growth and excellence.
- Experience: Proven experience in supply chain management, focused on logistics processes, with a strong understanding of logistics-related software and ERP systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex logistics problems, leveraging data analysis and process optimization techniques.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental interactions, driving business results and building strong relationships.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with a strong foundation in logistics principles and practices.
