Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Operations to join our team at Sin nombre. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to support the company's strategic objectives
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information
- Manage and oversee all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
- Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
- Manage and oversee all grant-related financial activities, including budgeting and reporting
- Ensure compliance with all grant regulations and laws
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and management team
- Manage and maintain complex calendars and schedules
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education and Experience
- University degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and administration
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including employment law and securities
