Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a Team: Manage and motivate a team of professionals to ensure seamless operations and high-quality results.
- Analyse and Improve: Analyse performance data and implement corrective actions to improve quality, productivity, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other managers to standardise shift processes and improve customer service.
- Monitor and Maintain: Ensure safety standards are met and process efficiency is maintained across the site.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership, to address challenges and implement solutions.
As an Operations Manager, you will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. You will also monitor and maintain process efficiency, prioritise routine team management and daily operational tasks, and address individual escalations and process improvement work.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree or working towards one in a relevant field.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
- Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in performing data analysis and leading a team.
- Communication Skills: Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
- Logistical Experience: Experience in a logistical working environment.
- MS Office Suite: Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
