About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Area Manager to join our operations team in the EU. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of operations professionals in one of our Fulfillment Centers or Delivery Stations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of operations professionals to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, operations, logistics)
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills
- Ability to relocate for the position if needed
- Willingness to work in non-traditional shift patterns, including nights and weekends
- Previous work experience in operations or a related field is a plus
