At Levi Strauss & Co., we're looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our team in La Coruña. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and implementing strategies to drive business growth
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and team performance to inform business decisions
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and mentoring
- Ensure effective store operations, including stock management, payroll, and administrative tasks
- Take on additional responsibilities in the Store Manager's absence
- Passionate about the Levi's brand and values
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing a team
- Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
- Experience in retail operations, including stock management and payroll
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
