Key Responsibilities- Perform detailed structural and thermal analyses to ensure aerospace structures meet stringent requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive design improvements.
- Develop and deliver detailed FEM models for analysis, from conceptual design to detailed analysis.
- Define and execute load cases and sizing calculations to inform design decisions.
- Support ground and flight tests, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing and test processes.
- Deliver high-quality technical reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience as an aerospace stress engineer, with expertise in FEM analysis and stress hand calculations.
- Proficiency in Nastran and Matlab, with experience in composite lightweight structural design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of additional languages an asset.
