Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and production of all desserts, tarts, cakes, and sweet dishes. You will also be responsible for arranging and presenting products according to airline specifications, ordering goods, and ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and Production
- Prepare and produce high-quality desserts, tarts, cakes, and sweet dishes for airline clients.
- Develop and implement new dessert recipes and presentation styles.
- Product Presentation
- Arrange and present products according to airline specifications and brand guidelines.
- Ensure products are visually appealing and meet quality standards.
- Inventory Management
- Order goods and supplies in a timely manner to meet production demands.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize storage space.
- Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and food safety standards.

Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Professional apprenticeship and/or work experience in the production of sweets, cakes, and desserts.
- Skills and Qualities
- High level of personal commitment and friendly nature.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility (shift work).
