About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Vestas. As a key member of our Business Performance Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and accountability of pre-calculations, reducing deviations between pre-calculations and post-calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform controlling of Sales activity in compliance with sales approval process and rules, conducting monthly project review with project managers, following margins and cash flows, and ensuring gap analysis and budgetary controls.
  • Ensure highest data quality in systems to maintain high level of reliability and accuracy in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Coordinate month-end closing tasks for Construction line of business, in connection with Reporting and Compliance team, to ensure timely and accurate closure of financial statements to headquarters.
  • Support monthly internal reporting, including all associated processes and controls.
  • Participate in relevant budgeting, controlling, and finance processes in accordance with Vestas Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring controls and applicable compliance requirements are in place.
  • Support external and internal audit process.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • 3-5 years' professional experience within a finance department, especially within an international company.
  • Good knowledge about accounting, controlling, budgeting.
  • Good skills in Excel, PPT, Windows Office tools.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Fluent English.
  • Knowledge of Information System SAP/BI and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a team but also independently on tight deadlines.
