Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team at Accor. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all IT-related systems and ensuring that all IT-related hardware and software are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Information Technology solutions to the hotel in accordance with corporate Information Technology standards, strategies, and priorities.
  • Manage the hotel's day-to-day IT activity, ensuring all standards are followed.
  • Assist end-user problems for all departments within the Hotel.
  • Comply with the company's IT Security Policy as it pertains to hardware, software, security/data safety.
  • Support the hotel's stand-alone systems, including but not limited to, systems connected to the Network, point of sales systems, all related interfaces, file server, UPS related devices, etc.
  • Work and consult with hardware and software vendors to setup and maintain all required equipment.
  • Ensure that the usage and installation of software is in accordance with the software licensing laws.
  • Supervise and monitor all IT-related hardware and software installations.
  • Ensure that critical hotel data is secured, backed up on a daily basis, and in line with stated corporate standards and best practices.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement periodical preventive maintenance schedules for all IT-related hardware and software.
  • Follow up and control hotel systems compliance according to corporate Information Technology standards/policies and PCI information security standard.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of luxury market.
  • Fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Effectively deal with guests and other team members.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT within a luxury hotel or resort is required.
