Job Title: IT Manager - Luxury Resort

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of all IT-related systems and ensuring that all IT-related hardware and software at the hotel are functioning properly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Information Technology: Implement Information Technology to the hotel in accordance with corporate Information Technology standards, strategies, and priorities.
  • Manage IT Activity: Manage the hotel's day-to-day IT activity ensuring all standards are followed.
  • Assist End-User Problems: Assist end-user problems for all departments within the Hotel.
  • Comply with IT Security Policy: Comply with the company's IT Security Policy as it pertains to hardware, software, security/data safety.
  • Support Hotel Systems: Support the hotel's stand-alone systems, including but not limited to, systems connected to the Network, point of sales systems, all related interfaces, file server, UPS related devices, etc.
  • Work with Vendors: Work and consult with hardware and software vendors to setup and maintain all required equipment.
  • Ensure Software Compliance: Ensure that the usage and installation of software is in accordance with the software licensing laws.
  • Supervise IT Installations: Supervise and monitor all IT-related hardware and software installations.
  • Secure Critical Data: Ensure that critical hotel data is secured, backed up on a daily basis and in line with stated corporate standards and best practices.
  • Plan Preventive Maintenance: Planning, coordinating and implementing periodical preventive maintenance schedule for all IT-related hardware and software.
  • Follow Corporate Standards: Following up and controlling hotel systems compliance according to corporate Information Technology standards/policies and PCI information security standard.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in Luxury resorts will be an advantage with overall minimum 5 years of experience in Luxury resorts.
  • Language: Oral and written fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Team Player: Thrives in large scale operation and high volume operation.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Team player with outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Service Orientation: Service oriented with an eye for details, passion and innovative for IT.
  • Flexibility: Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and energetic, able to set priorities.
