About the Role

Celonis SE is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Product Commercialization Manager to join our Product Commercialization team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that product investment choices are aligned with maximum market impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Segmentation
    • Develop a deep understanding of market segments and competitor landscapes
    • Stay up-to-date with key industry analysts and incorporate their insights into market segmentation
    • Create practical and operational market segmentation models
    • Build quantitative market models to support decision-making
  • Product Investment Prioritization
    • Derive product investment priorities based on market potential and company position
    • Understand product requirements to address different pockets of market opportunities
    • Evaluate potential impact of different product investment strategies
    • Recommend areas of investment and priorities
    • Build product-specific business cases and Go-to-Market plans
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with multiple teams to drive business outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven track record of 7+ years of experience in business planning, consulting, or similar roles. B2B software experience is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Facility with data analysis. Ability and motivation to quickly understand and assess various requirements and solve unique problems across multiple business domains
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead complex multifunctional teams to achieve results
  • Entrepreneurial, self-started mentality
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas concisely to senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving business environment
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
