About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Talent Acquisition and Training Manager to join our team at Kimpton Hotels in Los Monteros Marbella. As a key member of our Cluster People and Culture team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and executing our people strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, selection, talent development, and learning.
  • Develop and execute the company's people strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the talent management function, overseeing all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and retention.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify talent needs and develop workforce plans to support business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners to leverage their expertise and expand our talent pool.
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Design and implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement, productivity, and performance.
  • Lead employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action planning.
  • Develop and implement onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage trainee programs and partnerships with educational institutions to attract and develop top talent.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in a relevant field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to travel between properties in Spain.
  • Proficiency in English and the local language.
