About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and concierge services.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Train and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel front office or reception role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages a plus.
