Supermicro is seeking two seasoned and accomplished Enterprise Sales Managers to promote its extensive range of data center products and solutions to public, governmental, and enterprise clients across Spain and Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing comprehensive sales cycles that involve intricate, multi-portfolio, large-scale transactions. A strong, credible, and professional rapport with C-Level executives at both current and previous clients is essential, along with the capability to forge similar connections with new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or a related area within the IT/Data Center sector.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Prior experience in selling technology to manufacturing, corporate, or public/government clients.
  • Exceptional persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Highly proactive and organized, with a proven track record of managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Professional demeanor coupled with a creative passion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to diverse cultures.
  • Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of an additional European language is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent experience, preferably in the high-tech industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years in sales and business development.
  • Preferred experience in selling servers to enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong communication skills across various disciplines, cultures, and regions.
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated skills in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure and control, as well as time and territory management.
  • Experience in entering, tracking, and reporting data on lead activities.
  • A consistent history of meeting or surpassing sales objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills are essential.
  • Self-management capabilities are necessary.

Compensation:

Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000.
