About the RoleOur Sales team is the driving force behind new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut globally. We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong track record to join our team in London or Ireland (or remotely from the UK) and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities- Establish a robust network of enterprise customers and drive revenue growth across Revolut's solutions.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key customers, driving the continued value of Revolut's products and services.
- Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines, achieving sales goals on a quarterly basis, and mentor sales executives on strategies to reach their targets.
- Support ongoing growth and development, including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring sales representatives.
- Build effective relationships with internal Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure operational excellence.
- A strong track record in enterprise sales, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop strategic relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex sales pipelines and forecasts.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
