**The Role**
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to support our commercial and organizational objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and roll out Volotea's consumer social media strategy to support key commercial and organizational objectives.
- Work closely with teams across the company to identify relevant channels to deliver the marketing narratives in markets.
- Be a brand advocate, working closely with Brand, Marketing and PR, to align and coordinate best practices in social media and engagement channels.
- Define and lead the yearly engagement strategy and plan, with KPIs and ROI as measurable objectives.
- Coordinate internal and external strategic partners (agencies, production partners).
- Liaise with communications agencies in different markets.
- Identify opportunities and stories that will help Volotea breakthrough in the category and beyond, driving engagement and positive brand perception.
- Build outstanding relationships with executive level managers across departments and with key external partners.
