Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and rolling out our consumer social media strategy to support key commercial and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives
- Work closely with teams across the company to identify relevant channels and deliver marketing narratives in markets
- Be a brand advocate and work closely with Brand, Marketing, and PR to align and coordinate best practices in social media and engagement channels
- Define and lead the yearly engagement strategy and plan, with KPIs and ROI as measurable objectives
- Coordinate internal and external strategic partners (agencies, production partners)
- Liaise with communications agencies in different markets
- Identify opportunities and stories that will help Volotea breakthrough in the category and beyond, driving engagement and positive brand perception
