Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Volotea. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to drive engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to support our commercial and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with our brand, marketing, and PR teams to align and coordinate best practices in social media and engagement channels.
- Define and lead the yearly engagement strategy and plan, with KPIs and ROI as measurable objectives.
- Liaise with communications agencies in different markets to identify opportunities and stories that will help Volotea breakthrough in the category and beyond.
- Build outstanding relationships with executive level managers across departments and with key external partners.
- Proactively widen the engagement ecosystem to help impact brand sentiment, reach, and perception.
- Lead on social channels monthly communications calendar and plan for each market, prioritizing activity and driving engagement throughout the year.
- Own KPIs and analytics and reporting of channels managed.
- Experience in interacting with different cultural environments and working in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.
- Skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team.
