Job Description:

The role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Bnzsa involves calling English-speaking companies and speaking to the IT managers. The primary objective is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT-related topics, with the aim of generating a "lead": setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative. During our signature Warm Handover, you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients - such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu - learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision-makers around the globe.

Responsibilities:
  • Calling English-speaking companies to gather information on IT-related topics
  • Generating leads by setting up meetings between IT managers and our client's sales representatives
  • Working with sales experts from our clients to learn about the industry and build relationships
Requirements:
  • Native level of English
  • High level in another European language is desirable, but not required
  • Experience working in a phone-based role
  • Target-driven mentality & can-do attitude
  • Able to work in Spain legally (full-time)
