About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Supportyourapp Inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform technical configuration tasks to resolve client issues
  • Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical problems
  • Work with sensitive customer information in a secure and confidential manner

Requirements

  • Fluent German (at least C1, written and verbal) and English (B2) language skills
  • Knowledge of IPv4 protocol and basic network concepts
  • Basic Firewall knowledge
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background or experience in a related field
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Degree in computer science or information technology
