Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with repair shops and assessors to ensure timely and cost-effective vehicle repairs.
- Coordinate with drivers and customers to resolve repair-related issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize and manage repair budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control costs associated with vehicle repairs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Perform other specialized tasks as required by the department, including cost control, monitoring of repair times, and customer management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in the automotive or services sector.
