Schedule: Monday - Friday 08:00-20:00 / Weekends: 09:00 - 18:00 (Rotational shifts)
Salary: 22,000 EUR/ year
Benefits: Up to 2,000 EUR bonus per year

About Cross Border Talents

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide exceptional technical assistance to customers of a leading manufacturer in the electric vehicle sector. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service and support to our customers in Dutch-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels, documenting interactions in our case management systems and ensuring prompt responses.
  • Address technical issues and requests that necessitate a comprehensive understanding of our products.
  • Assist customers with technical questions regarding electric vehicle charging solutions.
  • Ensure all service requests are effectively tracked and resolved using our call management systems.
  • Proactively inform customers about the status and resolution of their inquiries.
  • Oversee and manage all open queries, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support levels when necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support team objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Dutch (native level) and B2 proficiency in English.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication abilities with a focus on customer service.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and uphold high customer satisfaction standards.
