Ad Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Ad Operations Manager to join our team at Opera Software. As a key member of our global operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our advertising business, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Ad Operations team globally, overseeing staffing, recruiting, and task allocation.
- Design and optimize internal Ad Operations processes and workflows to ensure efficient task completion within expected timeframes.
- Identify structural and strategic gaps within Ad Operations and suggest solutions to address these.
- Oversee the efficient implementation of our advertising products and solutions for clients, providing recommendations and solutions to operational issues and troubleshooting.
- Execute and deploy direct and programmatic display campaigns, including planning, campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Design, implement, and lead QA and Testing processes to ensure our tech solutions are implemented and working as expected.
- Implement and manage performance tracking and audience segmentation solutions, liaising with Client Solutions and Tech partners/stakeholders for implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Client Solutions, Engineering, and Product Development, to drive business success and meet revenue objectives.
- 5+ years Ad-Ops background and people management experience.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in different locations, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders extensively.
- Proven record of processes and workflows improvement and optimization for global teams.
- Strong project management background with sound knowledge of ad serving technology, DSP's, SSP's, RTB.
- High attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work well under pressure, with a critical and strategic thinking approach.
