Job Title: Finance Manager

At CBRE, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Strategy and Operations department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

About the Role:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing a team responsible for producing high-quality financial outputs, including annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, and management reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor their training and development, and conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
  • Oversee the budgeting process, forecasting process, strategic planning process, and standard management reporting.
  • Review balance sheet account analysis, statement of cash flows, and supporting schedules for accuracy.
  • Produce a variety of routine and ad hoc financial reports, packages, and pro forma analyses for senior management and planning unit.
  • Coordinate research, development, and preparation of accounting policy and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Intermediate math skills.
