We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of our Terrassa office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Coordinate with external companies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee the accounting function, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Plan and organize the daily agenda of the management team.
  • Prepare and write important documents, including expedients and reports.
  • Protect and safeguard confidential company documents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Official title in accounting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High-level proficiency in English, French, and Spanish.
  • Strong technological skills and internet proficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve unexpected situations.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
