We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Head of Sustainability Partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's sustainability goals and contribute to our mission to drive positive change.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability partnerships strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee and activate our employee volunteering program, enabling employees to participate in strategic partnerships at a regional and local level.
- Establish a robust measurement framework to evaluate the impact and outcomes of our partnerships and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for prospective and existing partners.
- Direct the design and delivery of scalable partner programs, with a focus on the technology sector.
- Apply the positive impact and results from projects to support the development of new services and solutions across verticals.
- Support the Senior Vice President of Sustainability in related initiatives and opportunities.
- Well-developed culture-building skills and the ability to evangelize the case for scalable partnership strategies.
- Inspirational leadership skills, combining an entrepreneurial spirit with a high level of energy, dedication, and care for team members.
- A passion for sustainability and positive impact, and the role that technology and data can play in enabling a more sustainable future.
- Deep understanding of sustainability issues and how to commercialize them through positive collaborations.
- Ability to analyze reports and sustainability frameworks for risks and dependencies.
- Ability to manage multiple long-term projects with multiple stakeholders in an international context to achieve global impact.
