About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and driving efficient and effective relationships with our Wholesaler or Distributor customers to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead customer sourcing and commercial proposal development to foster Hybrid Sales, achieving targets in terms of new Customers, sales, and distribution.
  • Define prioritization based on contribution/potential, hybrid capability profile, and understanding customer requirements to match with Diageo propositions.
  • Increase efficiency of the Hybrid management model, defining clear, simple, and scalable account/segment plans for each of the sourcing target groups.
  • Develop our business with Strategic Customers with big capillarity and sales force teams, including a clear account understanding and potential management.
  • Create and implement Indirect activation platforms to ensure Diageo brands are activated thoughtfully at scale, including co-creation with customers and internal alignment.
  • Track and measure performance, drive brilliant execution, and continuously seek improvements.
About You

We are looking for a high-energy and results-oriented individual with strong relationship-building skills, good negotiation skills, and confirmed communication. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and intermediate-level English are required. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
