Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor with KBR, you will be responsible for leading a team of mechanics to perform routine and complex maintenance on various types of vehicles and equipment, including flightline and heavy construction WRM assets. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure all vehicles are returned to service in safe and serviceable condition.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations on Government War Readiness Material (WRM) vehicles and equipment, ensuring adherence to Quality Assurance practices.
- Perform minor and major maintenance on Government Vehicles (GOVs), completing vehicle work order request forms according to Air Force instructions.
- Inspect and repair military, industrial, and commercial designed base maintenance, material handling, special purpose, and general purpose vehicles.
- Determine the general condition of Government vehicles and perform Limited Technical Inspections (LTIs).
- Diagnose unusual noises, road test, and operate vehicles to test components.
- Remove, disassemble, repair, and replace components, assemblies, and subassemblies, and reinstall as required to maintain vehicles in safe operating conditions.
- Perform functional tests and repairs on water and fuel pumping systems, cable and hydraulic lifting equipment, forklifts, towing equipment, gasoline, and diesel-powered engines.
- Make operational adjustments on drag brakes, relief valves, operating chains, lift cylinders, clutches, transmissions, brakes, and engine components.
- Perform lubrication, oil, and filter changes on Government fleet vehicles and equipment.
- Perform minor corrosion control repairs detected during safety, scheduled, and unscheduled inspections.
- Perform collateral duties associated with vehicle maintenance practices, including administrative processes such as vehicle work order and parts request forms.
- Certified as a vehicle mechanic and mechanical systems.
- Host nation or equivalent driver's permit.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English at a basic level 1 (B1).
