Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of mechanics in performing maintenance on various types of vehicles and equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring Quality Assurance practices are followed, and performing minor and major maintenance on Government Vehicles (GOVs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of mechanics to perform maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
- Ensure Quality Assurance practices are followed during maintenance operations.
- Perform minor and major maintenance on Government Vehicles (GOVs) and complete vehicle work order request forms according to Air Force instructions (AFI).
- Inspect and repair military, industrial, and commercial designed base maintenance, material handling, special purpose, general purpose vehicles.
- Determine the general condition of Government vehicles and perform Limited Technical Inspections (LTIs).
Requirements:
- Certification as a vehicle mechanic and mechanical systems.
- Host nation or equivalent driver's permit.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English at a basic level 1 (B1).
