Page Personnel is seeking an experienced HRBP - Industry Sector to join our team.
About the Role:We are looking for a skilled HRBP - Industry Sector to support our clients in the industry sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR and labor law, with experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and anticipate selection and recruitment needs on the plant/factory
- Carry out onboarding activities to ensure new staff are integrated into the work center
- Collect annual data on salary increase requests
- Collect performance evaluations and data used to calculate Bonus payments
- Gather incident reports, including time-management-issues
- Prepare information required by the Group for budgeting, KPI analysis, and audits
- Identify potential and talent in the work center and prepare proposals for development and movement
- Detect training needs and report them to the Head of Talent or HRO Manager
- Attend meetings with works committees and employees' representatives, organize elections, and maintain close contact with employees
- Execute decisions to terminate employment contracts in the center
- Carry out internal communication activities at center and Group level
- Education: Degree or equivalent Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Psychology, Law, Employment Relations, or Employment Studies
- Specific HR & Labor law training is valuable
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar position
- Languages: Professional competency in English (minimum B2)
- IT: Office, SAP-Success Factors, others
