As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for creating strong partnerships across the business to deliver our Supply Chain strategies in line with our Growth agenda. Your goal will be to establish an Agile and synchronized Supply chain that drives reliability, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally to develop and implement a 3-year strategic plan and annual operating plan, identifying key opportunities and linking strategy to action to enable safe, reliable, flexible, and cost-efficient manufacturing capability.

• Partner with multi-functional leads to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement goals.

• Establish a strong governance framework to review and control operational performance and continuous improvement plans, embedding a zero-loss mindset across the site to deliver against best-in-class standards both internally and externally.

• Provide coaching towards the implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working and phase journey as per masterplan and Self-sufficient teams.

• Role model Values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring, and development of the multi-functional team.

• Be accountable for protecting the value of assets through appropriate assessment of needs and planning of spend.

• Lead and be accountable for all Manufacturing standards, Governance, Compliance requirements being in place, understood by all employees at the site, and regularly reviewed and monitored for compliance to policy.

• Lead and be accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the Plant, identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain, and develop critical talent and build capability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future.

• Interface with Key stakeholders internally & externally to establish/maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order to deliver the company objectives, goals, and build the company equity and image.
