HR Coordinator

Job Purpose:

The HR Coordinator provides local HR support and serves as the primary point of contact for central functions and sales co-workers employees based out of Spain. This role will manage the administration of relevant personnel, design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs, and ensure compliance with all laws and national collective agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate human resources administration, processes, and policies.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including hirings, contracts, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Administer local benefits programs and coordinate payroll through a third-party supplier.
• Ensure compliance with Amcor's policies and procedures, including compensation and auditing processes.
• Drive national HR initiatives, such as employer branding, engagement, community collaboration, and learning and development.

Requirements:

• University degree in Law or similar field.
• 2 years' experience in HR Area.
• Preferable background knowledge in compensation and benefits, job evaluation, incentive plans, and change management.
• Good knowledge of labour law.
• Language skills: Spanish native and fluency in English.
