Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner - Industry Sector

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our industry sector.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and anticipate selection and recruitment needs on the plant/factory, and carry out onboarding activities to ensure new staff are integrated into the work center.
  • Performance Management: Collect annual data on salary increase requests, collect performance evaluations, and gather incident reports, including time-management-issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare the information required by the Group for budgeting, the analysis of KPIs and audits, ensuring that the data is reliable and available on time.
  • Talent Development: Identify potential and talent in the work center and prepare proposals to help individuals develop and move between roles and locations.
  • Training and Development: Detect training needs and report them to the Head of Talent or the HRO Manager.
  • Communication and Representation: Attend meetings with works committees and employees' representatives, organize and coordinate the elections of representatives and any other activities associated with labor relations at the plant.
  • Termination of Employment: Execute decisions to terminate employment contracts in his/her center.
  • Internal Communication: Carry out internal communication activities required at center and Group level.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or equivalent Bachelor ́s Degree in Business Administration and Management, Psychology, Law, Employment Relations, Employment Studies, etc.
  • HR & Labor Law Training: Specific HR & Labor law training is valuable.
  • Experience: At least 2-years in a similar position.
  • Languages: Professional competency in English (minimum B2).
  • IT: Office, SAP-Success Factors, others.
  • Company Culture: Permanent position in a solid company, career path, and continuous training in company.
