Job Title: Head of Sales

Page Personnel is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Director to lead our sales team in the South Sales Region.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a strong track record of success in the food and packaging sector. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10-12 years of sales experience, preferably in the food or packaging sector
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual or fluent in Spanish and English
  • High level of English proficiency (min C1)
