About this role:

As a key member of our Mondelez International team, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our Viana plant, focusing on talent management, leadership development, and strategic talent reviews. You will act as a trusted partner to people managers, driving the implementation of global strategies and initiatives across plants.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to understand the commercial impact of people decisions and provide an outside-in lens to business objectives.
  • Overseeing site labor relations strategy, including communication, works council relations, and compliance.
  • Driving engagement on the plant culture agenda and coaching leaders on key cultural elements and organizational values.
  • Partnering with leadership teams on strategic priorities, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Leveraging data analytics to drive solutions and decisions that impact the bottom line and enable business strategy.
