Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to join our team as a Strategic HR Leader. This is a senior role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR in our South region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Providing expert guidance on employment legislation and collective agreements
  • Cultivating strong relationships with employees at all levels
  • Coaching and guiding managers on people development and recruitment best practices
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 10-12 years of progressively increasing broad HR experience, preferably from an international environment
  • At least 4 years in a managerial role
  • Bilingual or fluent in Spanish, with high level English language skills (min C1)
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of €120,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
