Manufacturing Excellence Director

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Excellence Director to lead our manufacturing performance in Viana, Spain. This role requires a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in fast-moving manufacturing environments.

**About the Role:**

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating strong partnerships across the business to drive delivery of our Supply Chain strategies. You will lead, coach, and develop multi-functional teams to identify best practices and improvements that increase Reliability, Productivity, Efficiency, and Effectiveness. Your goal will be to establish an Agile and Synchronized Supply Chain.

**Key Responsibilities:**

You will work cross-functionally to develop and implement a 3-year strategic plan and annual operating plan, proactively identifying key opportunities and linking strategy to action. You will partner with multi-functional leads to define and meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement goals. You will establish a strong governance framework to review and control operational performance and continuous Improvement plans. Additionally, you will embed a zero-loss mindset across the site to deliver against best-in-class standards both internally and externally.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need significant experience in leading manufacturing performance in a fast-moving manufacturing environment with exceptional results. A career that has seen time at the Front Line and/or Manufacturing Manager level is essential.

**What We Offer:**
